Terms & Conditions for Solvit Distributor Partners
These Terms & Conditions outline the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for authorized Solvit Distributors. By becoming a distributor, you agree to adhere to the following terms:

  1. Appointment & Scope
    The distributor is authorized to sell Solvit products within the assigned region.
    This agreement does not grant exclusivity unless explicitly mentioned.
    Solvit reserves the right to appoint additional distributors in the same or different regions.
  2. Payment Terms
    The first three transactions must be paid in advance.
    After the initial transactions, a credit policy will be decided based on the distributor’s purchase volume and payment history.
    Three blank security cheques must be submitted before extending credit facilities.
    Payments must be made within the agreed credit period. Late payments will attract penalties or suspension of further supplies.
  3. Minimum Purchase Requirement
    Distributors are expected to meet a minimum purchase volume as mutually agreed upon to maintain active status.
    If minimum purchase criteria are not met for three consecutive months, Solvit reserves the right to terminate or review the agreement.
  4. Pricing & Discounts
    Solvit will provide a standard pricing list, and any price revisions will be communicated in advance.
    Special discounts or promotional schemes will be offered at Solvit’s discretion.
    The distributor must not sell below or above the recommended retail price without prior approval.
  5. KYC & Documentation
    The distributor must provide valid KYC documents, including:
    PAN Card
    GST Registration
    Latest IT Return of the Firm
    Aadhaar Card of the Business Owner
    Any changes in ownership or business structure must be notified immediately to Solvit.
  6. Inventory & Stock Management
    Distributors are responsible for maintaining sufficient stock levels to ensure uninterrupted supply to customers.
    All Solvit products must be stored in proper conditions, as recommended by the company.
    Expired or damaged stock will not be accepted for returns unless due to manufacturing defects.
  7. Branding & Marketing
    Distributors must use official Solvit branding in all marketing materials.
    Unauthorized use of the Solvit brand name, logo, or promotional content is strictly prohibited.
    Any local promotional activities must be approved by Solvit before execution.
  8. Warranty & Returns
    Solvit products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects.
    Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase with valid proof.
    Returns will only be accepted for genuine quality concerns and must be accompanied by proper documentation.
  9. Termination of Agreement
    Solvit reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the distributor:
    Fails to meet minimum purchase requirements.
    Defaults on payments beyond the agreed credit period.
    Engages in unauthorized activities harming the brand.
    Sells counterfeit or unauthorized products under the Solvit name.
    Upon termination, the distributor must clear all outstanding dues and return any promotional materials provided by Solvit.
  10. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution
    The distributor must comply with all local business and tax laws.
    Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in Valsad, Gujarat jurisdiction.
  11. Modification of Terms
    Solvit reserves the right to update or modify these terms with prior notification.
    Continued association with Solvit implies acceptance of the revised terms.
